Indochina Land participates in Real Estate Forum 2016

The program was hosted by Dien Dan Doanh Nghiep, one of Vietnam’s leading business newspapers, and well attended by distinguished representatives from Ministry of Construction, Vietnam Real Estate Association, Savills Vietnam, CEN Group. Indochina Land was the only foreign investor invited to join the forum. Representatives answered questions sent live via online platform of Dien Dan Doanh Nghiep. Questions and answers focused on two main topics: 1) Regulatory policies that affect real estate business and market; and 2) Insight into market’s trends across various sectors as well as expert views on current development and their predictions for the near future.
Chief Operating Officer of Indochina Land Michael Piro offered audience his insight of the market trends that he observed during the last 10 years and predicted that some segments would receive more interest and capital investment in the near future including hospitality, serviced apartment as well as quality residential projects with potential of high rental returns. “Looking forward, Indochina Land is excited about our joint venture with Kajima Corporation, a leading Japanese contractor and real estate developer and we believe this cooperation will benefit Vietnamese market in the long term thanks to both Indochina Land’s and Kajima’s expertise and commitment” added Mr.Piro.
