COO of Indochina Capital Corporation, Michael Piro, was invited to speak at CBRE Vietnam’s Real Estate Market Insights – Q4 2017 on 9 January in Hanoi and 11 January in Ho Chi Minh city.

Themed “Edge of Tomorrow: Strength to Strength”, the events attracted 350 executives and real estate professionals in Ho Chi Minh City and 150 in Hanoi, mostly coming from major local and foreign real estate companies. CBRE experts brought the audience up to date with the performances of different sectors across the Vietnam real estate market in 2017, covering residence, office, hospitality and condominium markets, and forecast for 2018. It is forecasted that the real estate market in 2018 will continue to grow in all segments. Given the relatively constrained supply, it should be more of sustainable growth.

Michael Piro joined the panel of 6 top experts in the industry and had an insightful talk about the new trends for hospitality and co-working spaces in Vietnam. Michael’s great insights supplemented well the other five panelists from CBRE, Ecopark and DFDL, making the panel discussion end on a high note.
